also, how is your diet? meat and dairy and refined Sugar are big no-no's when it comes to intestinal, lymph, liver management. so try to learn how to make "kefir" and let that be your dairy. its like yogurt, but really alkalizing and powerful candida killer. try to get grains in your area so they will be easy too activate. look up the site, "dom's kefir" on google.

stay away from meat, even fish for a little while. beans on a salad is good. beans and rice can be a little fattening if you are imbalanced. i go to a nice salad bar near my home and make a different salad for lunch a few days a week. i try to eat boca veggie burgers and sometimes eggwhites. fish can still cause hives for me. the majority of your diet should be salads, raw veggies, cooked veggies, fruit, and non-animal protein. this will be better for your skin and colon.

oxy-moxy is another product that helped me maintain oxygen levels. but you still need to exercise.
