Re: My Enamel Needs Help!

Hey,

I don't know of any fast ways to do it, which I'm sure is possable. But eating right, brushing with 3 parts pure baking soda and 1 part Sea Salt will make your teeth feel very clean (it's a tooth powder, you'll have plenty of spit to make it foam up a bit).

Right now I have scoliosis and scars from my old acne. And I bought a Thera-cane to relieve all my achy muscles. I'm not going to go into how much I used to exercise, but even 1 year after not exercising - my muscles are still VERY tight. What does this have to do with teeth and the spine? Your teeth are in your jaw, your spine carries so many nerves to regulate and make the organs perform properly.

When you get hurt, you scrunch up, right? When you get a bruise, the bruised area tightens up, right?

Well a common misconception in the one short legged people is that they didn't grow all the way. I was massaging my muscles associated with my entire posture today and when I was done I didn't have any pain where it used to be.

Well, these muscles are all tense - so they scrunch up... see a connection? And when they are obviously sore, something must be done.

When all the organs/entire body is working properly given the proper nutrients and care to be in equilibrium in it's most natural state - everything else will follow.

When you break your leg; you don't walk on that leg, because it hurts. You have to care for it back to good health. Why chew with a painful tooth? The same principle must be followed with the leg. Maybe get liquid viamins on that tooth - salivate it well, and go on a liquid or soft food diet for awhile.

I know I don't have a straight answer, but it's the philosophy and logic that people too often neglect with their body. Somehow teeth can't regrow, mercury is safe in your body, and being obese is normal.

Don't listen to that crap man, there is a way. Just keep going. Don't 'hang on', rather; make that change yourself. Search for the answer but don't strain yourself over it. You won't die from stained teeth, but there is definently a way to do it naturally.
