Eating fruit and vegetables on a daily basis.
The Atkins way got me. Everytime I put carrot juice to my mouth, i think of all those calories...but have realised I wont lose my fat until I eat well and flush and get my colon cleansed and my estrogen levels sorted....so I dont think of the calories now...sort of...I just think Im getting vitamins etc to give me energy to lose fat also and to take congestion out of my body.
Atkins has been a nightmare to my body and my way of thinking...its like a bad cult club.
