I will stop the prune juice immediately, and yes re: Nachos - Not a wise decision! My liver area is back to fine today, and a couple of good BM too. A little gassy. My skin will tell me a story in a couple of days I guess.

Also I am lucky to have a massage therapist who does Lymphatic Drainage within my office that I work.

Although my skin really hasn't improved for a while (really it's been going in waves - good for some weeks, bad for others) my attitude and 'spirit' is what has changed over the past few months of reading the posts here. With your suggestions, I truly believe I will find a cure, which is a big statement from an Acne sufferer (not many believe that there is a cure - apparently it is all in the genes and hormones). I have become quite excited at the prospect of clearing my skin with the 'Curezone' method.

I will definietly keep you updated. I am quite nervous at the prospect of a colonic. It is NOT a widely practiced therapy here in Oz, I think Aussies are a little 'precious' when it comes to their privates...!!!
