Yes and yes! :) or one hour after the shakes is okay too. :)

Also, I forgot to mention GUGGAL. This is an herb that is famous for taking fats and cholesterol out of the bloodstream. Planetary formulas has an herbal complex they call CholestGar I think because it has Guggal and Garlic together. That should be a big help! :)
