that's normal after a flush. :) It's mostly due to toxins that were released are getting back into the bloodstream via the colon. this is the perfect time for a coffee enema. If you can't do enemas, get a colonic, take P&B shakes, and really drink a lot of lemon/acv water! :)

Digestive enzymes are good too, your body may be having problems digesting all that oil, and lymph management, especially detox baths.
