I wonder why, if tooth enamel can't regenerate, there are hundreds of testimonies on the internet that it can.

I wonder why, if tooth enamel can't regenerate, mine did on 4 of my teeth.

I wonder about plenty of other things too, but many things just are what they are and don't really need explanation.

I suppose if you really want an explanation you could read about the pituitary gland, blood vitality, phosphorous, selenium, UVC light, sorbitol, ozone, and other concepts invented to explain things which some people have a desire to explain.
