Anything proscriptive you read - take with a pinch of salt. Especially when it comes to types. Types can be accurate to an extent - but taken to extremes you get ridiculous contradictions. Its a bit like the horroscope. Don't tell me 1/12 of the population is going to have exactly the same day ...

My advice - try it if it makes sense or somehow resonates with you. If it sounds dubious, it probably is. If you are not sure experiment and see for yourself.

I'm pitta. The stuff I read which makes sense to me I follow - the stuff which doesn't I don't. But I guess us pittas are headstrong in that regard ... ;-)
