Low-Cost Outlets for Supplements
Mia posted this in the
Candida Forum and I thought it was very helpful:

I'd say try to find a Vitamin Shoppe nearby (check website for locations) or order from them at www.vitaminshoppe.com or try www.iherb.com. Even with shipping, its still cheaper. These are two retailers that would be much cheaper than a local health food store. Also try eBay.com. They have large 180 caplet bottles of primal defense for about $50 including shipping (no bidding required). This may have changed though so keep checking. Some sellers sell other Garden of Life products and shipping could be combined.
I cannot overemphasize utilizing eBay as I buy to save big bucks and sell anything that comes my way to go directly into my candida fighting account. I just resold some exercise equipment that I have no stamina to use that I purchased off ebay. I actually (to my surprise) sold them for more money used than when I bought them new! I've bought the books Shelly just mentioned for $3 and $5 plus shipping. Also definitely use the library. Some books are good for a read and others you need to keep referring to, so I buy off ebay. Vitamin Shoppes also have a lending library and they'll let you borrow a book in great condition for 30 days (you'll need a credit/debit card they'll charge if you don't bring it back). I've gotton many books from them that are newer than the ones from the library.
