IBS is not a medical condition .. most doctors admit it is an emotional condition, so it does need to be treated emotionally.

The key emotions around digestive issues are fear and worry/over sympathy for yourself or others. Every time you have those sorts of emotions, your stomach/abdomen contracts making absorbtion of nutrients impossible. That leads to all sorts of digestive complaints.

Heal your emotions and your body at the same time. I've posted quite a lot of useful information on the Leaky Gut forum that may help you.

Healing comes from working with emotional, energetic, spiritual (EFT helps with both of those) and chemical (cleansing, diet, nutrition) aspects and full recovery takes place when all those areas are in balance.

I worked with a lady using EFT who had arthritis. She was on some nasty medications. Within 3 months she was off her medication and her joints were only 10% artritic (as opposed to 90%) .. and at that time in my life, I didn't even know about cleansing/detoxification .. just goes to show how powerful a healer EFT is. Perhaps she would've got more recover/better recovery had she been eating right/cleansing too. I guess that would be true.
