Hi, maybe you could do what I'm doing. I read all there is that is available free. There is lots of info on the site if you have a good look round, read some of the case histories, sign up for the newsletter etc which has links to interesting articles. There is also a lot on EFT on the Mecola site. The way Mecola does it sounds good to me, he sometimes uses both hands to get more 'coverage'. I think really this shows that it is not an exact science. If you are tapping in the right places, and using the right phrases, you wont go far wrong. Good luck.
