Take all free energy claims with a big grain of salt but this may have some truth to it as I google'd and found a patent in his name:

I don't have an engineering (or the like) background so some of the patent lingo is Greek to me but I didn't see too much which could be construed as suggesting overtly that it's a free energy device; the above quote is interesting though. SO MANY free energy claims have been made over the years and equally as many have come to nothing but if this is the real deal obviously it would revolutionize global society as we know it. Hopefully this gentleman has taken precautions for his well-being and also cannot be bought (provided he has the real article)- I would imagine the oil companies if this is true would not be too fond of him ;) Tweet
