For the past two nights, I have drunk 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt in 8 ounces of water. I noticed both times I drank it that when I laid down, I could feel/hear a rushing in my ears/head, and a slight ringing sensation. I'm wondering if this is a symptom of high blood pressure, and if so, could it be caused by the salt? I normally have very steady, within-range blood pressure, and I am only 26 years old. Just wondering if it would be advisable to stop drinking the sole, or if I am misinterpreting the reaction.
Thanks for any advice, I'm totally new to this.
