Celtic Sea Salt or Extra Fine Seasalt for SWF?

Hi, I'm currently on the second day of Master-Cleanse and did my first SWF. I used extra fine Sea Salt and it worked pretty well I think, had 3 or 4 eliminations. Then I read about color difference between sun-dried and kiln-dried salt. The salt I used is white so accordingly, it is kiln-dried = bad? All along I thought all Sea Salt is unrefined and they are all healthy and perfectly fine to be used for SWF. Or should I use coarse celtic Sea Salt to do SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) instead?
