bread?

Hello to all of you!
i'm now on a Water Fast and wishing to go raw soon, after i'll be over, at least for few days and probably will go on macrobio after this...i'm afraid on raw i'll miss too much cereals...like rice.
my quuestion is can i eat brown bread on macrobio?
i have the osawa book but not with me now and don't remember well all.....
