You can get pickled daikon, in nuka bran (Takuan) in the Natural Foods Online Catalog at http://www.cybermacro.com. You can also get it at Wild Oats natural foods stores and many other good health food stores. It is usually hanging on a rod and is in a cellophane package, Eden brand.

If macrobiotic, I would not buy processed humus packaged by companies, but make it myself. Cooked dried garbonzos (chick peas), add garlic, or black olive or whatever you desire, lemon juice and tahini. Delicious.

I have been macro for a long time, and do not think highly of pressure cooking. See my other posts in this forum about pressure cooking.
