I have been changin my diet towards more of a macrobiotic zone, but I have a few concerns and am wondering if anyone can advise me on quality books/sites/opinions.
I am absolutely allergic to wheat gluton and generally don't do well with grains. I have heard that you can get brown rice bran for pretty cheap and it contains zero gluton.
Any advice? Is there anyone out there who lives macrobiotically but also follows blood type suggestions?
