Richards thanks for your imput ! I agree diet alone is much to unreliable a way to cure alcohlism and I know it isnt purely physical , one has to decide they want to quit first , but I beleive that is the psycological extent to it if you de acidify the body! De acidify also means to detoxify so yes you must first stop drinking totally to enable your body to do this!
But I do beleive that if I knew about the concepts of pH balancing and mineralizing as a way to quickly de acidify the body quiting permanently would be almost pain free including the sleepless nights! Like candida hypoglycemia is an effect or symptom of acidosis and if I may so boldly state the only real disease, everything else is an outcome or symptom of this totally disfunctional imbalance!
I have had hypo, I have had candida, I had a stressed adrenal, gallstone, brainfog addictions and sleepless nights ,all a symptom of acidosis!

PH balancing is not easy but its not that hard either, but it takes time, but the sooner one refortifies oneself with the electroytic minerals such as calcium magnesium potassium Iodine through the use of alkaline minerals such calcium hydroxide magnsium sulphate etc. and the use of food based ,minerals like kelp and the use of mild food grade acids like lemon or apple cider vinegar and a highly mineraslized carbohydrate like blackstrap mollasses the sooner one becomes alkalized ,mineralized, oxygenized and non acidic! Thus the sooner the symptomologies like candida ,hypoglycemia and insomnia disappear!


Understand also that it is more then just balancing acids and alkalines its about creating the electical energy(some call electrolytes) that powers the body and helps it heal itself!
