I visit a local detox very Tuesday evening, and in there they give all their clients a dose of vitamin B12, I think it is 12. At any rate, after visiting with them for 6 or 7 years running every Tuesday, I see the same faces over and over.

It seems that a vitamin B12 shot in the ass didn’t fix them. Something more is needed to do that.

Nutrition is important, but poor nutrition isn’t our primary affliction. And to think that it is, is an error.
