I've heard of l-glutamine being good for alcohol too. I would also consider taking something for blood Sugar balancing. From what I've read/heard a lot of the addiciton to alcohol is actually Sugar adiction.
You can get multi-vits with chromium specifically to balance blood sugar. Something else which I have tried is coconut oil - its great for balancing blood sugar, and it is also great for combating cravings.
Dosages you can probably work out by experimenting on yourself (unless its for someone else).
