Melanoma and scleroderma

Does anyone know if scleroderma like manifestations are common with systemic melanoma ? Is this common with any types of cancer at all ? this is driving me nuts. As I have posted all over this site, this is making me nuts due to my quack says nothing is wrong, but mris show atrophy on one side of my face after a head and neck mri was done. my skin is messed up but my derm says I am jst getting older lol the funny thing is this all began after I swallowed, you guessed it, a piece of one of my lovely dental Amalgam fillings. Arent they great.
