Re: oh and by the way
I've done a variety of things with my ND. First, we tried a variety of herbal supplements that are aimed at detoxifying the the liver, kidney, and the skin. Then he prescribed other supplements aimed at skin cancer (even though its not skin cancer, he thought if we attacked it that way that it might work), as well as ulceration. Then we tried other stuff that was aimed at cellular degeneration. And finally, he's put me on a strict diet, as well as a protein shake thats also high in fibre. Nothing he has done has worked much at all.
The scab from the biopsy was roughly 1/3 - 1/2 of a
cm wide. It was almost black in color. It took about 3 weeks to heal, afterwich I did not have any scars from it. I beleive the area where the biopsy was taken still peels like the rest of my lips, although I'm not entirely sure about that because I don't typically allow the crust to form; I rip it off in about day 3 of the cycle.
I don't think the affected area on my bottom lip extends into my mouth. However, when I get my pictures, you'll be able to see that most of my bottom lip is affected except for the lower border part that's getting close to my skin. Also, the affected area of my top lip is only visible if I pull back my lip. In the pictures it will be more clear because I took them just after I wet my lips with water, so the affected areas are white in color.
