UKLAD..please respond!

hi..u seem to be the only person on this forum that has the same lip problem as i do. i picked the skin off thinking the raw areas picked would heal ..they havent!... i get the thick skin..peeling etc.. so i wnated to ask u a quick ques...i know u tried hydrocortisone once before...did it stop the peeling?..or not?...how long did u use it for? and at what %?.....please let me know..thank you
