Re: improvement in lips due to........
That is great news for you as i have had a similar success. I have posted on here before about stopping the daily use of applying fragrence to my body (wrists and neck areas) and i have seen a massive improvement that i cant even believe how i use to get by with the way it used to be. This condition is obviously caused by something that we use or something to do with our lifestyle because 99% of people have pretty much perfect lips. I strongly believe that fragrences and other chemicals absorbed into the blood stream by application to the skin is a key cause of the problem, as is the health of your liver. The use of fragrences along with other factors like sunburn, alcohol, not enough water consumption, kissing, lip balms, have all added to and initiated my problem i believe. Followed by constant licking of the lips and an airconditioned environment along with more lip balm created a viscious circle where the lips constantly are dry and irritated. Putting an end to the cycle was hard but i did it and finally it clicked to stop the fragrences due to articles i was reading on the net regarding skin absorbtion.
Previosuly i might have had 1 day a week of partially ok lips, but now the process of peeling has slowed, and is constantly slowing, weeks of really good lips and maybe a day or two when they become dry and just flake off a bit before they are good again for weeks. Good luck with your improving problem
