Is this a Plantar Wart?

In the bottom of my right foot near the ball, on the right side I have something sensitive that is not visible. It feels like a buble under my skin when I try to walk on it, and it is most painful in the morning. The rest of my foot feels similar, as does the bottom of my left foot, so I can't tell the difference.
So what could this be? Are Plantar Warts under the skin and invisible?
