Need Advice on Colloidal Silver

I have a cluster of 9 plantar's warts on my heel (started with one that I've had about 2 years and the others just popped up about 1 month ago). I've read that if I apply Colloidal Silver to the warts and cover them with a bandage that they will dissapear. Has anybody tried this? I started the treatment two days ago and it looks like the CS is eating away at the wart, not making it disappear. I now have tiny little holes in my heel (in place of the new warts) and the one that's 2 years old has a big crater in the middle. Does this mean it's working or is something wrong? The treatment I've been giving myself is a 5 minute foot soak in warm water with a few drops of tea tree oil, drying the area thoroughly and then holding a cotton ball soaked in CS on the warts. Then I cover them with a bandaid that has a bit of CS on it. I've been doing this twice a day. Any advice would be really appreciated! I don't know if I should go see a doctor about this.
