Anyone want to comment on Vitamin C from WalMart?

I think many people would like to know what people think about the Vitamin C from WalMart. Many people would not even consider ordering online. Many would not want to pay health store prices even if they do have a local health food store. And then there is the fact that I bought a bottle of Spring Valley Vitamin C that I think came from WalMart.

Here is the list of ingredients- Ascorbic Acid, Starch, Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Crospovidone,Stearic Acid, Rose Hips, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxike,Hydrxyppropyl Cellulose, Croscarmellose, Sodium

Should a person avoid this? What chain store would sell a reasonable alternative and what would that brand be? I am really asking about this Spring Source Vitamin C, although alternative prominent local resources is the flip side of that coin.
