Yes, I buy vitamin C crystals by the
kilo from Bronson. I can't tell you
how long it would last just me,
because I share my vitamin C with
several friends.

I keep my working dosage in a small
brown bottle on my cutting board in
the kitchen. I use a rubber band to
attach that tiny white spoon that
Bronson includes with the crystals.
I find that easier than dipping into
the big kilo container, four times
a day. Brown glass protects it from
extra light.

If you want some extra white spoons
for friends, just ask Bronson and
they'll include them with your next
order. They're handy to have around.
