can anyone diagnose me?!

hi there, i am a 16 year old male and for a long time, 7 months, have had strange colliflower like lumps (however, quite small, but noticeable,) on the under belly of my penis and when i pull back my foreskin the under surface of the bell end. im not sure if it is herpes and i haven't told anyone about the symptoms. i have never had sex before, and i have heard that you catch herpes from having sex with a carrier. i don't know if there are many doctors reading this but i could send pictures or describe in more detail if it will help to diagnose me. i really need to know what i have so i can treat it before someone finds out. like i said 7 months is too long to keep a secret, i want this sorted out now :(. I would appreciate any replies but going to see medical help is embarassing and a little out of the question so i would really prefer it if somebody would help me online.
