Could be 'crabs' which is something like lice of the gentitals.

Could also be yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Do you have any discharge or anything??

If your test came back negative you are probably safe, just keep in mind they don't test for yeast or bacteria unless you specifically request it....also don't know about 'crabs'. Tweet
