First of all, don't panic. You're not even sure that you have Herpes. You can't diagnose yourself just by reading stuff. To catch Herpes you have to have sex (genital, anal or oral). Have you had sex with a person who's possibly infected?
Those bumps could be caused by a ton of reasons and Herpes is 1 of them. Not any bump is Herpes by the way. You have to go see a doctor at the time you have the symptoms(bump or any lesion on your skin) so she/he can swab them for Herpes culture. Or you can ask the doctor for IGG type specific blood test for Herpes (if you don't have any bump at the time) which is useful only if it's done atleast 4-6 weeks after your possible exposure since it takes your body a while to develop the anti bodies and the blood tests can only detect the anti bodies against the virus.
GO see the doctor for peace of mind and stop self diagnosing please.
