got a herpes blister during liver flush, help!

Hi, I got a sore under my nose, and above, my lip Herpes simplex 1, when i just finished passing stones while my first liver cleanse. I am prone to them under stress. Does anyone know how I can prevent this during the next flush? and how can I treat it now for quicker disappearance.
though, I find my cycle is always 7 days no matter what.
