good luck with the Transfer Factor. like i said, i havently been taking it for very long. about a week and a half. it may take weeks to notice an effect. youre building up your immune system--it doesnt happen overnight. and if your symptoms get worse, dont stop taking the capsules. thats called a "die-off" or detox reaction. its when your body is killing off so many of the virus particles, that their just overwhelming your body. increase the dosage and keep with it. its a good sign.

before i started the Transfer Factor, i did a full body cleanse in order to clear all the crap (literally) out of my digestive track. this is very healthy. by detoxing your system (intestines, liver, bloodstream), you allow your body to better absorb what you put into it thereafter... such as Transfer Factor. i definitely noticed a detox reaction when i did the full body cleanse, which consisted of fiber, laxatives, and milk thistle capsules that i bought as part of a detox kit online.

as for all the valtrex you took, were you trying to do the 10-day cure that was floating around this board? it sounds really dangerous to me.

and as for the Transfer Factor, i know its expensive. but if you consider how effective it is (look for the NK activity chart on the website), i think its worth it. if you can stop taking all the other supplements youre on, then its very affordable. and you dont have to take the "Advanced Plus" formula. there are "Advanced" and "Classic" formulas for much cheaper--and all more effective than say olive leaf extract, colostrum, or any other immune system supplement.
