Muscle twitching

i've expressed to her that i was concerned and now i have turned her against me. she is enraged. saying that i have made her feel like she had some disease or something. i've tried telling her that i have a right to be worried about catching something that is contagious, but nothing works. she had given me oral on one night, and on the next day she went tanning. Late that night was when she had noticed the cold sore. so is the tanning probably the reason for the cold sore outbreak? Becasue in that case the night i recieved oral shouldnt have been much of a problem? I'm have problems with anxiety and this isnt helping. im sorry if im asking to much, but its been on my mind constantly...
