Herpes Simplex 1/Cold Sore in the Nose? *Graphic*

I read somewhere that you can get a cold sore inside the nasal passages...has anyone ever experienced this? Is it like regular cold sores where you get those fluid filled blisters that I've read about? I'm wondering about this now because I used to get a very painful area inside of my nose with hardened mucous...it takes a few days for it to go away and sometimes it can cause bleeding :O. I was told that it had something to do with sinuses but of course it wasn't a medical opinion. Also, if you have had Chicken Pox {herpes zoster} does that mean you can easily catch other forms of herpes like Herpes simplex 1 and Herpes Simplex 2? Maybe I should really take a blood test to put my mind at ease...I mean I'm afraid that I might have it but I don't want to admit it...{My mother has cold sores sometimes and I have sipped drinks after her not while the sore is present but still :O}.
