Re: What happened with the 10 day cure???

Yes I am 50, I have never smoked, I eat very well, I have done 21 LF's, I exercise and run 6 days a week. My doctor is suprised at my energy and good health considering how low my white cell is. I do have a sore throat often and I am underweight but feel really good most of the time. I think the LF's have helped with that. I have NOT figured out how to boost my immune system and I have tried lots of things. As I said before I don't know if it is the herpes causing it or the white cell allowing the virus to thrive???? Maybe someone younger with a healthy immune system would have better luck with the valtrex. Holly
