typical herpes symtpom?

i am a male and was close to having unprotected vaginal sex, but stopped before it happened....but there was genital touching.....3 days later i got fever, chills, and aches that lasted for 1 1/2 days....which included minor diarhea... it is now 7 days since the event and there is minor consistent burning feeling at the tip of my penis and uncomfortableness and minor buring by the anus opening....does this sound like herpes?... i just got tested for other STD's today
