Could this be herpes? Please Help!!!

Hello all. For a few days I had a sore throat, and when I finally checked it out I realized that my tonsils were not enflamed or red at all, but I had two white ulcers or things that looked like canker sores on my uvula. I was wondering if it is possible for Herpes sores to develop on the uvula. I am very worried and nervous, and I am getting tested this week, but until then I was hoping to get some advice or something. I've been a wreck and I'm losing sleep over it. I've been in a monogamous relationship for 8 months, but prior to that I had been with 4 people. I figured that if I have been monogamous for that long, and my partner or I had it, it would have shown up before.

While I am hoping that it is only a canker sore on my uvula, one person has told me that it looks like it could be herpes, which initially started the scare. If anyone could e-mail me with advice that would be great and super helpful.
