The outbreak can be HS1 or HS2. Do you have any fever, burning pain on mouth, and blister like you found out you have HS2 the first time, which I am assuming you have HS2 in genital? It is better to see a doctor to do culture as to determine if you have HS1 or HS2. HS1 can be triggered by medicine, Antibiotics , stress that is why it is called cold sore. Be very careful that you don't spread to other parts of face, eyes, and body by washing your hand with soap and water for 10 seconds every time, wear gloves, wash the upper part of face and dry the upper part of face separately, then wash the mouth part with paper towel to avoid infection, use drinking straw, use Q-tips to apply lipstick that is lipgloss type only ( which I prefer you not to wear for a few months as to monitor the outbreak), disinfect anything you think necessary. Try not to swallow saliva, for there is one case of HS2 infecting esophagus and stomach of a person who swallow s.... ( Sorry that is graphic ).

I had prayed for you that if you accidentally swallow saliva, or the fluid in the mouth moves by itself to the ear canal or nose, God protects you from further infection. And I had prayed for God to protect your eyes, so in future you can read the Bible, and memorize the verses you want as to help you when there is time that there is no Bible, or can't read the Bible. If you want to, pls pray to Him yourself, too.
