People with herpes should not be allowed to date outside the "family"

A good friend of mine, I have been best friends with her for about 5 years, recently got it and now she is talking about killing herself,she is severely depressed, her byofriend never even told her, I guess shes sueing him now, she said he never had outbreaks or any type of sign, it was what is called "aniscopic shedding" or some shit, so you see, no matter what, there is ALWAYS a chance that it can be passed on, no wonder the USA is swamped with these diseases, people are not careful and think that just because there is no cuts that they cannot pass it on, why would you even risk completely ruing someones life when there is no 100% gaurentee that they will not contract it? I am thinking about killing this guy, shit like this should not happen, and I hope he gets the shit sued out of him and his family.
