Hi
Reduce your intake of protein....Take digestive enzymes before, during and after meals ( Loomis enzymes are awesome )Make sue you take b complex 3 times a day and bioflavonoids also...dandelion is good too...eat lots of fresh organic veggies and fruit....I had this problem for 3 years and I was able to make it all go away...good luck
