A very large inferomedial osteophyte arising from the left occipital condyle inferior clivus, which causes significant posteromedial compression of the left vertebral artery.

The other thing I have is...vasovagal syncope
I got this from my daughter the doctors will not remove it as they say it might kill her What do you recomend she has been to many speciallist they all say the same thing can you pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help she is 36 years old
