Fight spurs with CELERY!


The body will try to patch inflammation anywhere with Calcium. This can be one aggravating factor in Fibromyalgia, as Calcium is laid down in soft tissue. Ouch! Get to the root of the problem. This might entail electrical blood cleansing using Bob Beck's system if a pathogen is the basis of the inflammation. But get rid of those spurs, which probably lay down more quickly with Flouridated water, by eating/juicing CELERY! The pure Sodium (not Sodium Chloride as in table salt ) in Celery keeps "trash" Calcium in solution, removing painful spurs. Consider mixed mineral support from Kelp to keep inflammation down to begin with.
