Hi - for the Mercury poisoning are you using MSM with equal amounts of Vit. C to get rid of it daily??? I know that this helps. And Candida is awful. Was on Antibiotics for years steadily and gained 25 lb. with it. I think human grade hydrogen peroxide will help get rid of it with a non-carb diet and must try these myself.

My blood pressure has been 90/50 and 100/58 and this is acceptable I think, but thyroid must be a big culprit here as well as altitude (desert) for BP being lower than other peoples'. Lacking oxygen like this suggests anemia, heavy metal poisoning, low grade infections, possibly Lymes' diseases, or malapsorption of food. Low PB indicates a lot of detective work to figure it out and keep it relatively normal. Oh Boy! Tweet
