BLOOD PRESSURE DROP

Hi to all I just join. Well Had to make a trip to the ER last week they decided to keep me over night to watch things,Have had a lot of medical problems going on due to my thyroid this past oct I had it remove had a large goiter lumps and nogles taken out they said it was not cancer.I am taking 100Mg of thyroid meds which I do not think that it is helping me at all. I still am suffering most of the problems that I had before the surgery tired of being tired no energy to really do anything and have the swelling in my feet and still swell up at the neck.I went to the Er because I felt like things were closing up on me and had some chest pain and was in A Fibrillation again my B/P drop big time down to 70/40 nurse was in their ever five minutes taking it. I guess this is another reason way I stay so tired all the time.They told me to follow up with my regular doctor. When they let me go my B/P was up to 100/60 02 sats were 97 which I found to be a little low for 02 leveal.I just feel that their is something going on that they are not telling me.
