Hi,
Ive tried it, its not a good idea.
The rebound cravings are murder. and the rebound weight gain is also triggering.
The best thing Ive found is changing patterns around eating. for example eat one small thing every other hour untill around seven pm. Such as an orange, a piece of bread, a cup of youuart ect. make sure they are "safe" non-triggering foods for you.
It will help curb the edginess, and the rebound. Your body gets addicted to endorphins released by binging. Its chemical as well as emotional. Realize this is not "just a dicipline problem"
