Try an antifungal diet low in grains, corn, and peanuts. Avoid all foods with Yeast and Mold (Ex bread, beer, soups, mushrooms, blue/aged cheese. Supplement with probiotics if Antibiotics must be taken. The foods mentioned above are commonly contaminated with mycotoxins which are produced by Yeast and Mold. Antibiotics themselves are mycotoxins. Avoid them! Use a prescriptive or natural antifungal such as nystatin, olive leaf extract, essential oils, garlic, apple cider vinegar. Elevated calcium is high in an attempt to bind these mycotoxins in the blood, in order to neutralize them. Use psyllium to bind and eliminate the mycotoxins along with the antifungal. Pray for healing, and exercise.
