I am currently on day 8 of my juice 'fast'. I have lost a total of 12 pounds thus far, which I know includes is great deal of water and some lean body mass, however, when I started I was 214 and 46% body fat and now I am 202 and 46% body fat. I must say, this stresses me a bit. Should not more of the loss be fat?
I am a 35 y.o. female that is 5'7 1/2". Walking each day for exercise about 15 - 20 mins and consuming approximately 300 - 400 cals each day via fresh juices.
