it is ok to mess up! I have done it many times before, trust me! See I was supposed to fast two days ago and didn't succeed everytime I tried. I have officially started the fast today! I am crossing my fingers that I won't succumb to food this time around. My weight is 182lb. I want to get down to 140. My goal for now is to go on for a week long fast.
