Uh Oh!

Today being Mother's day, I splurged and had 2 Corona Light Beers while lounging by the pool. My BAD - I substituted 2 of my medifast packages for this -- I know shame on me! Now I'm guzzling water to try to flush it out of my system (though I know the damage has been done).

The advice here is right though -- no alcohol while on the fast. But come on...it was mother's day! LOL

I wonder what the dear old scale will tell me tomorrow ;)
